Picturesque Oak Park Wedding at The Historic Cheney Mansion

Abby and George were married at the Cheney Mansion, a beautiful historic home in Oak Park, Illinois. The venue and its English country inspired architecture alone makes this wedding so special but more than that the day was marked by heartfelt moments. The first was Abby getting ready with her friends, mom and aunt. They shared family heirlooms passed down through generations honoring the memories of loved ones. The second was Abby and George’s first look in the greenhouse. They took this opportunity to share completely private vows under the warm glow of the golden yellow leaves on the trees above. The third was their ceremony at dusk, encapsulated by the purple glow of twilight and onlooking family and friends as they said “I do.”
